For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an agm66 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. agm66 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal position in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of agm66 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the agm66 Platform or from any other licensed gambling platform in connection with fraud, money laundering, or related offences.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

agm66 does not knowingly accept registrations from residents of the following jurisdictions: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, France, Spain, or any other territory in which agm66 does not hold a valid operating licence. This list is subject to change without prior notice. Residents of such territories who circumvent regional restrictions do so in violation of these Terms & Conditions, and agm66 reserves the right to void any bets placed and confiscate any balances associated with such accounts.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the agm66 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address to which you have sole access.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your country and city of residence. Indonesian Members are required to specify their province and city (e.g., DKI Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Yogyakarta).
• A contact telephone number capable of receiving SMS or WhatsApp verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. agm66 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify agm66 immediately via the support contact detailed in Clause 14.

KYC Verification: agm66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: (a) prior to processing any withdrawal request; (b) when a deposit or withdrawal transaction exceeds a specified threshold; (c) where agm66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or misrepresentation. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months, may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by agm66 may result in Account suspension and delay of pending transactions.

agm66 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Indonesian market. Currently available payment channels include Indonesian bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; electronic wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency channels including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, and ETH. agm66 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guideline, e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of Rp 20.000, and bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of Rp 25.000. Specific minimums are displayed at the point of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. agm66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which agm66 accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations (typically one to three confirmations for USDT TRC-20). agm66 is not responsible for delays attributable to network congestion.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available exclusively to Members who have completed KYC verification to agm66's satisfaction.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours, subject to security review. Processing times outside business hours may be longer.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used for the relevant funds where technically possible. agm66 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source.
• agm66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. During such reviews, the processing timeline may be extended. agm66 will notify the Member of any delay and estimated resolution timeframe.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the same method-specific thresholds displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal requests below the applicable minimum will not be processed.

agm66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other incentives to Members. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Certain game categories — particularly low-margin table games and live dealer baccarat — may carry reduced contribution rates or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering requirements are active, no single wager placed using bonus funds may exceed Rp 200.000 (or its cryptocurrency equivalent) unless the promotion's individual terms specify a different limit. Bets placed above this threshold during an active wagering period may be voided at agm66's discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, Members may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time. Attempting to combine multiple bonuses, or to exploit bonus structures through mechanical or low-risk play strategies, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: agm66 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-margin wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine engagement, and coordinated activity across multiple accounts. Where abuse is confirmed, agm66 reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel all bonus funds, and permanently close the relevant accounts.
• Promotional Validity: agm66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a Member's Account under the original promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the agm66 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, togel, slots, crash games, and other verticals). These product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• A wager is considered placed and binding upon the Member clicking the final confirmation step in the bet placement flow, and upon agm66's system issuing a confirmed bet receipt with a unique bet reference number.
• agm66 reserves the right to void any wager placed at obviously erroneous odds or prices due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account balance in full.
• For sports betting markets, agm66 follows standard Asian handicap and Over/Under settlement rules as widely applied across international sportsbook operators. Mix parlay (accumulator) selections must all win for the bet to return a positive result; a void selection reduces the accumulator but does not void the entire slip.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and Member tier. Stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. agm66 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Members at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time during an event. agm66 does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets and will not accept liability for any inability to place a live bet during an event.
• Winnings are credited to the Member's Account Balance promptly following official settlement of the relevant event or game round. For sporting events, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton events).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agm66 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another individual; using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the agm66 Platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or converting the proceeds of criminal activity. agm66 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with international anti-money laundering frameworks.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event. agm66 cooperates with international sports integrity organizations and will report credible intelligence to the relevant sporting body and authorities.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated accumulator exploitation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or disputes against deposits made to agm66. Any confirmed chargeback attempt will result in permanent account closure and immediate recovery proceedings for all associated funds.
• Unlawful Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to agm66's systems, databases, or other Members' accounts through hacking, phishing, or any other means.

All intellectual property rights in and to the agm66 Platform — including but not limited to the agm66 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software architecture, databases, game integrations, and all original content published on the Platform — are owned by or licensed to agm66 and are protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

By accessing the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Distribute, sub-licence, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without express written consent from agm66.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform.

Any use of the agm66 brand, name, or visual identity — including in advertising, affiliate marketing, or social media — without prior written authorization from agm66 constitutes trademark infringement and will be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agm66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays beyond agm66's reasonable control.
• Any decision to void bets, suspend markets, or adjust settlement results in accordance with agm66's betting rules and dispute resolution procedures.
• Any tax liability, financial loss, or legal consequence arising from your participation in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.

agm66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits agm66's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. agm66 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

agm66 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the agm66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and service improvement. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require agm66 to retain certain data for specified retention periods.

agm66 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your browser and the Platform. Member financial data is stored in encrypted form and is never shared with third parties except where required for payment processing, regulatory compliance, or by order of a competent legal authority.

agm66 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure time reminders that notify them of elapsed play time at intervals of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and, once active, cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to remind Members of the time spent on the Platform during any active session.

agm66 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently closed, all bets voided, and all deposits returned to the original payment source. agm66 does not accept deposits from, or pay winnings to, minors under any circumstances.

agm66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations as a Member — agm66 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within the Member's Account dashboard, or an email to the registered address associated with the Account.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect minor operational changes) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the agm66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the account management procedures described in Clause 3. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which agm66 holds its international operating licence. agm66 operates as an offshore platform and does not hold a licence issued by any Indonesian domestic regulatory authority. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on the basis that they have independently verified that their participation is consistent with their personal legal obligations under Indonesian law.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a Member and agm66 relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform's products, or any transaction, the following escalation path applies:

1. Initial Contact: The Member should first contact agm66's customer support team via live chat or the email address provided in Clause 14, providing full details of the dispute, the relevant Account information, and supporting documentation where applicable. agm66 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours.
2. Internal Review: agm66's dispute resolution team will conduct a thorough internal review of the complaint and provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of receipt of all required information.
3. Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with agm66's final response, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the complaints procedure published by that authority. Details of the relevant licensing body and its complaints procedure are available upon request from agm66's support team.

agm66 and the Member each agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through this escalation process before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
